Gustavo Ferroni Ferreira

A natural entrepreneur, Gustavo has founded and served as a partner in various businesses, ranging from gastronomy and franchises to retail, financial consulting, and trade marketing. He is one of the founding partners of TAJ Group, a gastronomic reference in Brazil and abroad, known for excellence in client experience and service for the past 20 years.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, he worked in financial audit, financial planning, and mergers and acquisitions in multinational companies; holding strategic leadership roles at various times, including roles at Arthur Andresen, Kraft Foods, and Mondelez Spain.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from PUC-Pr, an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain, and have completed courses at Harvard and IBGC (Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute). 

An active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a global group of entrepreneurs and CEOs, served as the director of YPO’s Curitiba Chapter from 2018 to 2022. Founder of the YPO Chapter in Santa Catarina state, where he acts as President.

Co-founder of YPOCast, the YPO Brazil’s Podcast, a global project focused on interviewing executives and entrepreneurs from YPO.
